Telecomm Menu

Telecommunications installations and repairs are handled by CITES Cabling Installation and Maintenance Services (CIMS). CITES supports the voice and data services for the campus media distribution system (both copper and fiber optics).

Installations

Installation work is initiated through your Telecomm Unit Coordinator, who submits Telecommunications Service Requests (TSRs).

Repairs

Repairs should be reported by Telecomm Unit Coordinators, as well. If you are unable to reach the coordinator, please report problems to Communications Customer Service at 333-1161.
