Software Distributed by CITES

CITES distributes free and discounted site licensed software to University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) students, staff, and faculty. CITES also provides support services for some of this software.

• CITES Software WebStore: distributes free and discounted site licensed software.

• Workstation Services Group (WSG) Software Distribution: Campus site licenses for Solaris, HP-UX, and OpenVMS for workstation owners that are members of the license program.

• Oracle Calendar: A group calendar application and service that allows you to maintain a personal online calendar and schedule meetings, events, and resources (e.g., conference rooms, overhead projectors) with other users on a network.

• Encap Archive: an archive of software packages for Unix systems in the Encap package format.

• CITES Software Development Server: a source for a number of locally developed software packages from CITES.
