Description	CITES Spam Control filters email sent to @uiuc.edu email addresses and removes known viruses. Individuals can also sign up to have spam automatically quarantined or deleted, and create lists of email addresses to block or always deliver.
Who can use this service	Any individual with an @uiuc.edu email address
When the service is available for use	Supported Service Hours: Twenty-four hours a day, excluding the maintenance hours listed below Maintenance Hours: 5:30 A.M. to 7:30 A.M. Monday through Friday 5:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Saturday 5:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Sunday
What you must have in order to use the service	NetID and NetID password Email account listed in Electronic Directory entry Computer with Internet connection Web browser that supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Most recent browsers have this feature.
