In order to prevent attempts to detect sensitive information on your Windows computer, follow the directions below to restrict access over anonymous connections, to protect your password policy and the list of your domain user names and enumerate share names.

Note: The following directions are for advanced users and system administrators. Beginning users and people unfamiliar with the function of the Microsoft Registry will likely find these instructions too complex.
