	1.		The buildings in this table correspond exactly to the first year spreadsheet distributed to the Academic Network Advisory Group. Buildings are grouped by College and listed within that grouping in the priority order of that College.
	2.		N/R indicates that CER construction is nor required. Either existing CER is sufficient for the purpose or the upgrade is electronics only.
	3.		N/A Indicates not applicable.
	4.		All construction to be performed by F&S unless otherwise indicated in supplemental bid status table.
	5.		Minor infrastructure improvements ordered - additional AC power &or SMF installed.


	Definition of Terms:

	Drawings		Floor plan drawings for buildings issued for purposes of identifying CER space and locating the position of CAT 6 jacks by the department network administrators and planners.
	CER		Communications Equipment Room
	CER Construction		The building of the physical room walls for the CER, including installation of AC power and air conditioning.Typically, this is the same as construction start, however, in certain instances, CER construction may start earlier.
	CITES Plant Engineering		Design of racks, horizontal and vertical pathways, conduits, raceways and fiber optic connections. CITES plant engineers are certified as Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) by BICSI (Building Industry Communications Standards International).
	Drawings to F&S		All work is assumed to be performed by F&S trades except for those projects which exceed the bid limits. The date at which drawings are delivered to F&S is followed by program data statement (PDS) development and job authorization by CITES, after which construction work orders are created.
	Electronics		Network gear such as switches, routers and power panels.
	Electronics Received		Network gear substantially received. In general, sufficient electronics have been received to install and "turn up" the building.
	Construction Complete		CERs under access control, electronics installed and building network operating.
