Illicall is a domestic and international long-distance telephone service available to all students living in University-certified residence halls with 332 phone prefix.
Basic telephone service is included in your University Residence Hall housing contract. Calls within the University are free. There is no additional charge to call Champaign, Urbana, or the surrounding area.

- Call waiting - standard
- Last number redial - standard
- Three-way calling - standard
In addition to monthly billing for long-distance and telephone features, the Illicall Office bills for other CITES charges. These could include additional dialup time to the campus network, UIUCnet Premier, and printing charges.
