CITES Instructional Computing Services (ICS) provide reliable, modern, and secure
computing services in a customer-friendly environment to all students,
faculty, and staff. All ICS computer labs are staffed with a student Site Consultant
to assist you with the equipment and software. ICS facilities include
both Dell PC and Apple iMac systems running instructional software for classes as well as popular commercial software such
as Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
All ICS labs are equipped with high-speed color and black-and-white printers and
use a printing system that bills directly to your University account. Black-and-white printouts cost $.10 per page, while color pages cost $.40 per page.
To use the ICS computer labs, you must set your CITES Instructional
Computing Services password. Your CITES ICS password is not used to check your
email or log in to any other computing system within the University—it
is strictly for the ICS computer labs. After you set up your ICS password,
you will use your NetID as your username and your ICS password to log in to
computers at the ICS labs.
