CITES Express Email

What is CITES Express Email?

CITES Express Email is the campus email service. As a student of the University, you are automatically given an email account, and you are expected to check it regularly because it will be the main method of communication from your professors and the University.

Your email address is: yourNetID@uiuc.edu

How Do I Set Up and Use My Email Account?

1. Set a CITES Express Email password

If you haven't already, you can set your CITES Express Email password using the CITES Password Manager . You will need your NetID and NetID password to use the password setup.

2. Log in to CITES Express Email
Attention: New students for Fall 2008 will be able to access CITES Express Email beginning June 1, 2008.

Once you have set your CITES Express Email password, you can use your email account by logging in to the CITES Express Email web site with your NetID and the CITES Express Email password you just set. You can also log in to CITES Express Email from the "Express Email" link on the Illinois homepage.
