Providing walk-in, phone, online chat, and email assistance
for CITES services and other computing needs, the CITES Help Desk is the first
place to go with questions about CITES services and supported software.

Live Help Chat and Remote Support: You can use Live Help Chat to chat online with a Help Desk consultant during phone hours. A second tool, Remote Support, allows consultants to view or control your computer (with your permission) so that they can troubleshoot problems that require in-depth support. Live Help Chat and Remote Support can be used independently. You can access Live Help Chat by going to the CITES Help Desk page during their phone hours and clicking on the green Live Help Chat icon. If the icon says "Available," a consultant will assist you. If it says "Offline," you will have to check back during phone hours or you can click the icon to leave a message.
