Research Programmer - Windows Server and Active Directory Administration |

Campus Information Technologies and Educational Services Office (CITES) of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign seeks to fill one or more full-time Research Programmer positions in its Systems Management Group (SMG). CITES has a growing infrastructure of Windows Server-based services alongside its existing UNIX system environment. The persons selected will provide system administration for Windows servers, as well as domain administration for the campus Active Directory, a CITES service used daily by thousands of faculty/staff and students in over 100 departments. This is an opportunity to use your advanced technical skills in a collaborative, large-scale, multi-vendor computing environment with other talented Windows, UNIX, networking and programming professionals. Individuals receiving a Bachelor’s degree in the next several months are eligible to apply, however the degree must be earned prior to the start of employment.
