Help Desk Consortium

The CITES Help Desk Consortium has a membership of departmental staff who provide direct computing support to their customers. The mission of the Consortium is to:
- facilitate and coordinate communication among members
- solicit input regarding how CITES can better serve members and their customers
- provide information to members regarding CITES services
Membership
Membership is open to all campus support staff. All you need to do is show up at the next scheduled meeting.
Meeting Schedule
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month from 1:30 to 3:30 in 126 Library and Information Science (LIS) building. Any changes to the date or location of a meeting, as well as each meeting's agenda, are announced on the CITES-Techsupport mailing list.
The LIS building is located at the intersection of 5th and Daniel streets (view map of LIS building).
