CITES Express Email Web Interface: How to Reply to or Forward Received Email Messages

Replying to a message

After opening the email message, click on the Reply link at the top of the web page. If the original message was sent to several recipients and you want your reply to be sent to all of them, click on the All link instead.

Including original messages

By default, the Express Email web interface does not include the original message in your replies. You can change this setting to include the original message as either inline text or as an attachment in the Web Preferences menu.

1. Click on Web Preferences on the left navigational menu.

2. Select either Include original inline to include the original message as text marked with a > symbol, or Include as attachment to include the original message as attachment for your recipient to open.

3. Click the OK button.

Forwarding a message

After opening the email message, click on the Forward link at the top of the web page to forward the original message as an attachment. If you instead wish to send the original as inline text, click Inline.
