CITES Express Email Web Interface: How to Forward Your Email to Another Email Account

1. Log in to the CITES Express Email web interface if you have not already done so.
2. Click on Account Options on the left navigational menu.
3. Click on the Forwarding button at the top of the web page.
4. Enter the email address where you want to receive your forwarded email.

Tip: If you want to retain a copy of your email messages in your CITES Express Email account, then click the checkbox next to Keep a copy of each forwarded message. This can be a useful way to keep a backup copy of your email, but be sure to periodically check your account usage to prevent going over your quota. |
6. Click the Start button to activate forwarding.
To disable forwarding, click the Stop button.
