Additional Issues That Affect IMAP Only
-
IMAP Folders
Some IMAP email clients, including Apple Mail and Eudora, require
specific configuration before new folders can be created on the
Express Email server. If you use an IMAP client and try to create
a new IMAP folder and you receive the error message Permission
Denied, you will need to set an IMAP Prefix. For instructions
on how to solve this problem, see How
to Add an IMAP Prefix.
