Journal Topics

Journal Topics allow students to keep a journal of their notes and entries. These can either be kept private between the section instructor and the student, or they can be shared with the class.

To access your discussion, select the Discussions button under Course Tools on the navigation bar.

Here you will have the option to:

  • View existing journals and their comments (If allowed)
  • Post comments on existing journals (If allowed)
  • Create your own journal

Here’s how the main Journal Topics screen looks. You will be able to see all of your journals and other students’ journals if they have shared them with the class.
