Brown Bag Series
Please join us for the CITES Educational Technologies
Spring 2008 Semester Brown Bag Series. This semester, award-winning U of I faculty will
talk about how they have successfully integrated web-based technology into their teaching
using Illinois Compass. We will also have presentations on expanding and developing teaching
strategies through the use of common software and online resources. All presentations are
free and open to the public.
The Brown Bag Archive page lists summaries,
PowerPoint presentations, and QuickTime movies from many of our past brown bag presentations.
The Exemplars page spotlights some of
the faculty that CITES EdTech works with. Periodically, we will add profiles and
multimedia interviews of distinguished faculty regarding their own experiences with online
teaching and their thoughts about the future of educational technology. If you would
like to be a part of our faculty showcase, please email us at
edtech@uiuc.edu.
