Technology-Enhanced Teaching Certificate

The Certificate in Technology-Enhanced Teaching is a program of the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) in partnership with Campus Information Technologies and Educational Services (CITES), along with the University Library. It is supported by campus academic units and the Graduate College.

It is designed to encourage instructors to explore educational technologies and to practice and assess technology-enhanced teaching.

Educational Technologists Forum

The Educational Technology Forum is a community bringing together staff, faculty, and graduate assistants involved in the creation, delivery, and support of electronic instructional material on the UIUC campus.
The goal is to help participants achieve the missions of their units and/or academic pursuits by:

  • Sharing ideas among members
  • Exploring and organizing professional development opportunities
  • Conceiving and implementing new projects
  • Facilitating collaboration
  • Increasing campus awareness of the important work done by these professionals

The ET Forum is intended to be informal in structure, combining open meetings, structured professional development programs, listserv, website, and networking opportunities.
