The Samsung SCH-a790 Global Phone has both CDMA and GSM capabilities, which allows you to use it in the U.S. and in over 100 countries in Europe, the former U.S.S.R., Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, and Australia.

International service on this phone can be billed through the University when activated on most of the digital plans offered under the State contract.
