Change your password using Oracle Calendar for the web
- Log in to Oracle Calendar for the web.
- Click on the Change Password button.
- Enter your old password once and new password twice.
- Click Change Password.
Change your password using the Oracle Calendar desktop client
- Go to Tools -> Change Password...
- Enter your old password and new password.
- Click OK.
Forgot your password?
- Go to the CITES Password Home Page.
- Click on the CITES Passwords button.
You will asked for your NetID and password.

Check the boxes next to the services you wish to change your password for.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Click Set Passwords.
- Click Quit & Logout.
Desktop Client Password Help
If you are unable to log in to Oracle Calendar after changing your password on the Password Home Page, you will need to delete a local Oracle Calendar data file.
To remove this file, you can do the following:
- Windows:
- Go to the Start menu; click on Search and select For Files and Folders from the menu.
- Type in the file name xtmlocal.dat and click on Search Now.
- Once you've found this file, delete it.
If you do not find the file, make sure that the search includes hidden files:
- Go to Tools -> Folder Options -> View tab.
- In the checklist, make sure Show hidden files and folders is selected and try the search again.
- Mac OS X:
- Use the Find function in the Apple menu to search for and delete the "Oracle Calendar Data" file.
Once the file has been deleted, you will be able to log in to Oracle Calendar using your new password.
